Through our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kokua provides strong corporate support to the sales and marketing teams at each hotel to ensure their efforts are given the highest priority, reflect our corporate culture of excellence and, most importantly, are appropriate to the goals we want to achieve in the market.
Kokua identifies and recruits the best of the best and trains them to exceed revenue goals. Our General Managers at each property lead this sales effort. At Kokua, we believe that to ensure overall success, the General Manager has to maintain a hands-on involvement in the sales process.
While each independent brand or flagged property is responsible for driving their own marketing efforts, Kokua actively participates as full brand partners.
